Diane P. Perez is a board certified labor and employment law attorney, who represents companies in a wide variety of labor and employment law matters. Diane handles employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, and wage and hour claims, among others.

She also advises companies on all types of labor and employment matters under both federal and state laws, including issues regarding non-compete agreements, trade secrets, reductions in force, employee hiring, disciplining and firing, and union avoidance. Diane also trains managers, supervisors and employees on employment law.
Diane was admitted to the state bar of Florida (2007), the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a graduate from the University of Florida, where she graduated cum laude in 2003 with a degree in magazine journalism. Diane then attended the University of Miami School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude in 2007. While at the University of Miami, Diane served as an Associate Editor on the University of Miami International and Comparative Law.

Diane served as the 2012 Editor-in-Chief of CABA Briefs, a quarterly publication released by the Cuban American Bar Association and is a former President of the Coral Gables Bar Association (2017-2018).

Diane was named a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 and a “Super Lawyer” in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.
